If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. All materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Rushangi is the sole intended beneficiary of this Agreement. Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement relating to our products, this Agreement will govern. This Agreement may not be modified, altered, or amended without the written agreement of Rushangi. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and Rushangi agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

• The website and all of its content — including but not limited to software, HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio — are the intellectual property of Rushangi.
• All content is provided by Rushangi as a service to current and prospective customers and may be used for personal use and for purchasing purposes only.
• You may print a copy of information on this website for personal use, unless expressly prohibited. You may not, without our written permission, sell information obtained from this website.
• You may not copy, alter, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit this site or its content without our prior written permission.
• You may not use this website or its content for any commercial purpose, including advertising or ad-revenue generation on your own website.

By placing an order for any goods on our website, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.

Dispatch times may vary depending on availability, and any guarantees or representations about delivery times are estimates only. Rushangi is not responsible for delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

When placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the card used, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the goods.

Product costs may fluctuate with seasons; all advertised prices are subject to change.

E-Gift Card credit is redeemable only towards purchases on rushangi.com or at our stores, and cannot be used for partial payments across both.

Our Contract

A contract for the purchase of goods is not formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your card. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email once your card has been charged.

Your card is debited when you submit your order. If your order is not approved, you will be notified immediately on the website. If your order is approved but an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email to arrange a full refund or product exchange, as preferred.

Unless you cancel your order, the contract between you and Rushangi is completed when we email you to confirm your order is being processed. The website and all communication are conducted in English, and the final sale contract will be in English.

We reserve the right not to accept an order — for example, if we cannot obtain payment authorisation, shipping restrictions apply, the item is out of stock, or it does not meet our quality standards.

Pricing and Availability

You agree to pay the purchase price of goods as posted on the website. While we make every effort to ensure products are described and priced accurately, if an item is priced incorrectly, Rushangi reserves the right to refuse the sale of that item. Customers ordering from outside India will be charged estimated customs fees, and delivery costs will be shown separately and included in the 'Total Cost'. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or other fees — please check with them for details.

Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor calibration, fabric, and photographic lighting.

The full purchase price is payable according to the due date shown at checkout. We reserve the right to pursue any remedy available at law, including recovery of collection costs, legal fees, and disbursements.

If there is a fault with the goods you received, please contact us at shop@rushangi.com.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if:

• The product delivered does not match the item(s) in your confirmed order, or
• The product has a genuine quality defect that does not amount to a major failure.

As our products are handwoven, slight irregularities between products may occur, and colours may appear slightly different due to photographic lighting or your screen settings.

If your order meets these conditions, please contact our customer care team with your order number, order details, and the reason for return — including product images for defective or incorrect items. Our team will review your request and advise on next steps. Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact.

Change of Mind or Different Size

In addition to your rights for faulty goods, you may exchange goods or receive a credit note within 7 days of receipt, or exchange for a different size or colour. Refunds are issued as store credit at the price paid, redeemable against a future purchase. Goods returned for a change of mind must be in original condition, including packaging, and will be inspected against our return criteria.

Return Policy

• Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
• We cannot accept garments with makeup stains or perfume odour.
• Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Items must be returned to us before an exchange or credit note is issued.
• Once received, you will get your new item (for exchanges) or a full refund as a credit note (excluding original shipping cost).

Rushangi covers the cost of return shipping. Once you request a return or exchange, we will email you the return notes and labels. Our delivery representative will collect the goods along with the paperwork sent via email — please keep items securely packed for pickup. If we are unable to arrange a pickup at your address, you may need to drop the package at a local post office.

Credit Notes

Following a quality check, we will issue a store credit as applicable, processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product, in line with these Terms. Where a return is eligible due to a manufacturing defect, the credit note or refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost. Credit notes have lifetime validity and can be redeemed online or in-store.

Cancellations by Us

We do our best to fulfil every order, but reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is insufficient. If we cancel your order, we will contact you by email and re-credit the value of the goods and shipment to your original payment source. Rushangi does not reimburse bank charges incurred during the transaction. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time, which we are unable to influence.

Cancellations by You

We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason. For prepaid orders, cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment, or for COD orders within 24 hours of our confirmation, will be cancelled with a full refund. Once cancelled, the amount will be reversed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are not possible if the order has been customised to your size.

Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled, nor can any cancellation request received after processing has begun. Custom-made or altered orders based on measurements you provided are not eligible for cancellation once processed. Rushangi reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed.

• Accessories, including gift boxes, masks, pocket squares, unstitched blouse fabrics, and thaan fabrics.
• All custom-made and made-to-order products.
• Products altered as per the size specifications or measurements you provided.
• Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
• Fabric once cut from the thaan cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Our gift cards, once issued, are valid for a lifetime until redeemed.
• Gift cards can be redeemed against all products on rushangi.com and at our stores across India.
• Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash — in part or whole — or converted into credit notes. They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• If your order total exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be settled at checkout.
• Rushangi's standard return and exchange policy applies to products purchased using a gift card.
• Rushangi is not responsible if your gift card is lost, stolen, or used without your authorisation.

You have the right to expect that:

• Any products ordered through the website will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match the description on this site.
• Appropriate remedies will be followed if a product is agreed to be defective.
• You have the choice of a full refund or credit if a defective product cannot be repaired or replaced.
